I know you care.

Because I know you care what I'm eating for lunch.

Liam's been doing really great with my new diet. Here's my latest additions:
salmon, oats, sunflower seeds, grapes, and peaches
that paired with my starting diet of:
turkey, rice (rice pasta, rice milk, rice cereal, rice cakes), potatoes, and zucchini
have made for some interesting meals. I'm most excited about the salmon - because it's pink. Take a look at what I started with - all white, or nearly white, food - it looked so boring on the plate. But now, when I throw some salmon in my rice or potato it sure does dress it up nicely. That and peaches are peach! I'm looking forward to some oatmeal with peaches tomorrow morning. But Mike was quick to point out that oats does not mean I can go get an oatmeal cookie from Mrs. Fields.
I have had to elminate lamb from the diet. I had it once in the beginning and Liam was fine with it, but then the other night Mike made some ground lamb and rice and while I was eating it I didn't like it all that much (I thought it tasted like raw meat) and Liam went back to having strange spit-up and strange poop in addition to that! So no more lamb for me.

Making progress, that's good!

I'm basically doing white meats only. Hopefully Liam will start to tolerate more stuff the older he gets.

Good luck! You know I'm here for ya if ya need me!
