For Me?

Well, I'm amazed. Today is the first day in a long time when I went shopping at Old Navy and actually only got things for MYSELF. Usually I go in search of something for myself, but end up buying Quinn tons of stuff. I did look, but decided correctly that he has ENOUGH clothes and will probably get more for his birthday and Christmas.
Mike's back from Germany. He was there *again* on business and will probably have to go yet again sometime soon. He was gone for a full week. Since he's been home I haven't changed one diaper. =)
It's so chilly outside it makes me want to sleep. I wanted to turn the heat on and Mike's response was, "Do you know how much money we'll save if we never turn the heat on?" Uh, yeah, never.
I do love napping in cold weather...today, however, naps are not an option.
So Quinn's growing so much. And it's as if he finally gets everything. This morning he was really crabby and I said, "what?" so he crawled over to me, pulled himself up, and signed "eat". Oh...okay, he wanted breakfast, a little earlier than normal, but he wanted it and he told me. Among "eat" he can also sign "more" "bye bye" "hi" "up" and "please". We're working on "milk." He seems to understand a lot of what we say and there's not a day when he doesn't do something that truly amazes me or makes me laugh with him!
