Today was Quinn's first day of preschool. He was so excited and kept talking about helping his teachers get all set up for the kids.

In 13 years this picture will have him in the drivers seat.

Waiting Together

*sigh* Then A- didn't want to hold Quinn's hand. And my heart melted and I felt for my little sweet boy.
Rejection

But really - they waited together and went in together. Just not holding hands per A-'s request. Okay, whatever. But my heart breaks anytime I watch Quinn get "rejected" either at the park or whatever. It doesn't seem to bother him at all.
Also! He had a great first day and told me all the kids loved the way the room was set up! He was a little disappointed that he didn't get to eat snack, since it was for only an hour today and Thursday. Next week he'll be there for the full 2.5 hours.

Oh, God. We start next week. I'm starting to freak out a bit. Q looks like he did fine.
What a sweetheart! You have a very special little boy there. (Melts my heart, too.)
Emily says "I am going to jump up and down on the bed and scream on the first day of school"
It's Thursday :)
Oh my heart hurts a little. Partly for the start of preschool, partly from him being in the driver's seat in 13 years, and partly because of the rejected hand-holding.
Adorable pictures!
Oh the rejected hand got my right in the heart. But such a happy guy waiting for the class to start. What a sweetie!!
