Add that all up and what you get is not a horrible day, but definitely not what I had in mind for Mother's Day. I have a feeling I'm going to be so sick on Father's Day.

My day was touch and go. I twittered about the nice parts. I need to blog about our interesting experience in On the Border tonight. And I won't be blogging about having a nervous breakdown on the way home from my moms... maybe on the other blog.
Thank god for that big margarita is all I can say.
I'm sorry, sweetie. We cleaned out the attic, rearranged the playrooms, and I cleaned quite a bit. So, I know the "fun" times, too.
I'm sorry hubby was sick. That is sucky sucky. You deserve to be sick for Father's Day.
Oh man, sorry to hear your hubs was sick on YOUR day! Mine had to work, so I totally understand.
Hope it was a little bit happy though! :)
I know I read these comments before and I thought I had added my own. I'm hoping I didn't say something completely inappropriate. Please accept my apologies if I did.
My husband hates all things related to presents, including cards, so it is a rare treat when one shows up. While he did remember it was Mother's Day, it was treated pretty much like every other day, with the exception that Darren went to the store twice to get ingredients for dinner.
I hope you got a rain check on your Mother's Day celebration.
I see now why.you.were.jealous. of my good day.
There's always next year, right?!
LMAO
And you nursed ONCE??? So jealous. Hee.
