Ohhh...maybe we should try some Guinness - Liam's iron level was just tested and found to be low. If I didn't hate Guinnes I might try it for myself to see if the iron would go through in my breast milk for the little guy.

Did you put some Guinness in his sippy cup? It's got vitamins and minerals...
...and iron. Guinness is a great source of iron. :)
