Also, Little Bo Peep needs to eat. Seriously. I have lost many many pounds due to this elmination diet that I've been on. People at work keep asking me how I'm doing it and I can only say, "Have a Liam." You know, a baby that doesn't let you eat much and for the first 4 months of his life required much walking, bouncing, and swaying. Anyway, at first I was all excited about all this weight loss. And now it's making me a bit nervous. I stopped weighing myself because it was making me sick. I like to lose weight - when I'm working out and trying. But now, I'm dropping pounds, losing my hair, and getting light headed. I've been taking my vitamins (prenatal plus calcium and magnisium). I've been trying to eat more often (and have added almost all fruits and veggies back into the diet). I feel like I'm attempting a Project Fatten Up for myself over here. Or at least a Project Stop Losing Your Hair. You'd think with the amount of potatoes I'm eating that this would not be a problem...

HI! Checking you out from the Egels nest. :)
for nine months I ate no dairy, no minute dairy at all.....no tomatos, no nuts, no nothing. I lost a ton of weight as well, but it was worth it. the hair came back...and unfortunatly so has the weight recently.
good luck. Just try to eat way more of what you can eat.
hugs!

Thanks for the link! You should talk to your doc about getting more high-quality fat and protein?? Light headed is NOT good.

The Little Po Beep and the little sheep is great!
After I had my babies I gained weight. Whenever I feed the baby I would shove something in my mouth too. LOL
The outfits are too cute. Did you make them yourself?
Also, congrats on the Egel Nest award!
Wow! 8 comments...thanks guys.
Hello to Everyone from the Egels Nest - thanks for stopping by.
Bradley - not sure you check back on comments, but I actually eliminated pretty much everything all at once - was eating only turkey, rice, potatoes, pears, and squash - and we saw a huge difference in Liam. He was very fussy and gassy prior to my new diet. Some call that colic, but I hate that word. Anyway, he was like a different baby just 3 days after my new diet. I've been adding stuff and watching for reactions, but need to get more brave and add things faster.
Christie - No! I did not make the costumes. I did what I do best - found them online and ordered them. =) My mother-in-law made Mike's vest for Woody (pictures coming soon, I swear). I love the lamb costume. It was perfect.
