Here's the envelope: with paper covering addresses.
And here's the actual invitation. After making the invites, I traced puzzle pieces and cut them apart. Each envelope contains the puzzle pieces all mixed up and with double sided tape on the backs. It also contains a gray sheet of paper for them to put the puzzle together on.
My favorite thing about these is that I didn't buy anything new. I had the yellow paper left over from a project many years ago and since Quinn's favorite color is yellow - perfect. I also had a stamp set for the smiley faces and who doesn't have a stamp that says "You're Invited"? I had plenty of gray paper in my stash for scrapbooking - so it all worked out okay. And it didn't take too long to put together.
My next project: A table cloth? Maybe. I've got some ideas up in this little brain of mine.

That is the coolest thing ever! How fun for the kids. I'm keeping this in mind for the future.
Can you make these puzzle invites yourself or is there a particular company you have to order them from?
I made these all by myself! (Maybe you didn't notice the words on the side?)
It was pretty easy. I have seen puzzle things you could buy and decorate however. I might make some party favors out of them, so I'll post those pics as well if I do that.
I am enjoying this puzzle themed party. Good thing Quinn is crazy about puzzles!
Wow. I don't know how that happened but I totally missed the explanation on the side. Perhaps this lack of sleep thing is starting to kick in. My apologies.
