Getting Ready for a Bath

I'm in search of a lovie for Liam. It hasn't been easy, since I have a few requirements. First, it must not have any satin. Quinn's first round of hippos had satin on one side and it started shredding requiring me to order more. The replacements didn't have any satin and I love them! Second, it cannot have a rattle inside. I've seen plenty of nice lovies at the stores, but they ALL rattle. Why??? I'm not sure how sensitive Liam will be while sleeping, but I don't want to get something that makes noise when he shakes it, not for sleeping with, anyway. Third, I need to be able to buy at least 4 or 5 right away, so the one random lovie we have that doesn't rattle and doesn't have satin is not going to work.

Anyway, while searching I found some that might work. Here (this is the brand that Quinn had - I found it at Babies R Us, but they no longer carry them), here, and here. And check his out. Crazy, isn't it? Speaking of sleep, maybe I'll get this for Quinn to use at the babysitters. Or something similiar.

Check out the Kathe Kruse Gugguli dolls.

They are totally cute, constructed to last, have zero satin, and washable. I highly recommend them.

Yeah, Kathe Kruse is great but sometimes pricey. I love the organic ones, but why don't they have anything on their faces? Dan says those scare him. :) Here's a link to buy the organic guy in the U.S. Oompa

I'm another vote for the Kathe Kruse ones. My baby adores them!
