What is This THING and Can You Get RID of It, please???

So we were on our way to the zoo this morning, I turn the corner and Quinn lets out this huge yell/cry. I turn to look and the sun is right in his eyes. And he's giving me this look like, "What the heck is this? Can you get it out of here?" Our first sunny day in what seems like FOREVER and this is how my son reacts. He's definitely like his Dad.
